Learner > Speaker. Many students think that it is one in the same. Speaking is a mental and physical skill. Its like playing a sport. You've practiced the moves individually and know what to do but you have to be able to put both together simultaneously and extemporaneously in order to be a speaker. Athletes drill over and over so that when the are playing their sport they respond correctly to situations as if it were second nature. They don't think they react.
